Well... what can I say.... absolutely fantastic, and that's just for starters!!! I am a computer systems engineer with 23 years of experience and even I was having problems upgrading the memory in my HP Compaq nc4000. I tried my normal supplier of memory only to find that the extra memory module I ordered from them did not work either in slot 1 or 2.
I "Googled it" and found you. I was unsure using the memory finder so I phoned up and was pleasently surprised. At first I thought "oh no, not another call centre in an offshore country" my, my, was I wrong!!!
The lady I spoke to was fantastic!! and even beat me to my question regarding the different memory timings on my rather weird notebook. She quickly identified my memory so I orderd it and thought "ha, this memory module won't work either" well you can guess what happened - I was wrong yet again !!! The module turned up the next day in the morning and it worked without any problem what so ever. I am totally impressed with the service I received from ORCA and will spread the good word. Thanks very much indeed.
